Our Privacy Promise

We collect minimal data, store app data locally on your device, and do not upload your personal pregnancy information to external servers. When you delete the app, locally stored app data is permanently removed from your device.

• Name: Optional first name, used only to personalize greetings inside the app, such as “Good morning, Sarah.”
• Trimester Selection: Used to recommend appropriate pregnancy meditation, hypnobirthing, breathing, sleep, and birth preparation content.
• Last Menstrual Period (LMP): Used only when you choose to use tools such as the Due Date Calculator or related pregnancy tracking features.
• App Preferences: Listening history, downloaded tracks, playlists, favorite sessions, streaks, and other preferences used to improve your in-app experience.
• Contraction Timer Data: If you use contraction tracking tools, timing data is stored locally on your device.

This app information is stored locally on your device only.

2. How We Store Your Data

All personal app data is stored locally on your device. We do not:

• Upload your personal pregnancy information to our servers
• Create user accounts or require email registration
• Sell your personal data
• Use your pregnancy-related data for advertising
• Track your location
• Access your contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Read your existing photo library

3. Data Deletion

When you delete the Zen Pregnancy App from your device, locally stored app data is permanently and automatically deleted. There is no cloud backup, no external app database, and no way for us to recover your personal app information because we do not store it on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

Zen Pregnancy may use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and premium access. RevenueCat helps verify subscription status. Payment information is processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not store your full payment details.
• Apple App Store: Used for iOS app downloads, purchases, and subscription processing under Apple’s privacy policy.
• Google Play Store: Used for Android app downloads, purchases, and subscription processing under Google’s privacy policy, if available.
• Website Hosting: Our website, zenpregnancy.net, is hosted on secure servers. Website visits may generate standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and maintenance purposes.

5. Photo Library Access

If you choose to download affirmation images, pregnancy printables, or similar visual content, the app may request permission to save images to your photo library. This permission is:

• Only requested when you tap a download or save button
• Used only to save the specific image you requested
• Never used to access, scan, or read your existing photos

6. Analytics and Tracking

The Zen Pregnancy App does not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not track your location, contacts, photos, or personal files. Any locally stored usage information, such as listening history or streak progress, is used only for the app to function and personalize your experience on your device.

Our website may use basic technical tools or server logs to keep the site secure, understand general traffic, and maintain performance.

7. Health-Related Data

Zen Pregnancy may allow you to enter pregnancy-related information such as trimester, LMP, due date, contraction times, listening preferences, or birth preparation progress. This information is used only to provide app features and personalization. It is stored locally on your device and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

8. Children’s Privacy

Zen Pregnancy is designed for expectant mothers and is rated 4+ on the App Store. The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly where possible.

9. Data Security

Because personal app data is stored locally on your device, your information remains under your control. We recommend keeping your device protected with a passcode, biometric lock, and updated operating system. For website and subscription-related services, we use reasonable security measures to protect information in transit and maintain secure systems.

10. Your Rights

Since personal app data is stored locally on your device, you have direct control over it. You can:

• Delete the app at any time to remove locally stored app data
• Edit your profile information within the app
• Clear listening history, downloads, or preferences where the app provides those controls
